Delivery is available on all items anywhere in Uk mainland.

All goods will be delivered in 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated/agreed.

Our transport team will contact you with delivery details ie date etc once you have placed your order.

Your delivery will never just arrive you will always be notified when it is due beforehand.

We now have our own dedicated delivery service allowing delivery on any weekday of your choice.

If you have a delivery day in mind please email us once you have ordered and we will arrange as required.

Most items will be delivered by our own delivery teams however some goods may be delivered by a third party carrier/supplier.

Most items will be delivered Free Of Charge!

This is with the exception of DOC M and Urinal pack which will be £39.95 for delivery

All orders over £499 will include free of charge delivery.

Although many items are next working day, some can take up to 3 days so please email us if you wish to be certain.

If you wish to choose a delivery day (any weekday after the above lead times) please let us know.

Please note drivers are only insured for doorstep or drive etc for palleted items.
They cannot bring goods inside/upstairs etc.

Delivery is UK mainland only, delivery to Scotland can take an extra day depending on area.

There may be an extra charge for goods delivered to remote areas such as Scottish Highlands, if so we will call you before item dispatch to discuss.

We are more than happy for customers to collect goods or send a carrier (at their own risk).

How it works:

Easy Returns - If you don't like this item you can return it up to 30 days after delivery.

We’re happy to accept returns, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Contact Us Before Returning
  Before any return is accepted, please email info@bathcenterpro.co.uk with:The full name the order was placed under the original order numberClear images of the item you wish to return
  
• Step 2: Condition of the Item
  All items must be returned in A1 original condition, including:Original packaging (undamaged)Only clear, neat tape may be used to reseal packaging
  
• Step 3: Choose Your Return Method
  You have two return options:Use your own courier (we recommend a recorded/tracked service for your peace of mind)Let Bathcenter arrange it for you:£15.95 per small item£50 per larger item
  (Note: prices may vary depending on your location, especially for remote areas such as parts of Scotland or the Highlands)Return in Person (Free of charge but please note that We only accept returns in person at our Chesterfield showroom)
  
• Step 4: Refund ProcessOnce the return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment methodRefunds can take up to 10 working days to process

Please note for large returned orders over £500 (not including faulty items) there may be a restocking charge.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you have ordered an incorrect item and wish to receive a different one, you will need to place a new order for the correct product.

We can arrange to collect the item(s) ordered in error, but this will incur a new delivery charge for the replacement item as well as a collection fee for the return.

We recommend double-checking product specifications before ordering to help avoid additional costs.

If you wish to cancel an order Total bathrooms (bathcenter.co.uk) must receive notice in writing by email, within 30 days after delivery.

Total Bathrooms are under no legal obligation to accept cancellations after that period.

Please note goods returned to us will not be refunded unless they are in re-saleable condition, ie not written on or damaged.

Please do not book installation until goods are on site and checked, we are not responsible for the cost of installer cancellation.

It should be noted that whilst we have the majority of products on the site in stock we also sell via other avenues such as our showroom, so an item can say '1' in stock but be out of stock, please give us a call or message us if you wish to double check.

Returns

Items returned within 30 days after delivery will be refunded in full.

Faulty items will also be refunded in full if returned within 14 days, after this period we will seek to have the manufacturer repair the item.

Please note all goods should be checked on delivery and not signed for in good condition if damaged.

If you require us to collect your item we can do so, large item collection charge is £50.00 inc vat and small item collection charge £15.95 inc vat.

Please note for large returned orders over £500 (not including faulty items) there may be a restocking charge.

Faulty Items

We will assist with all faulty product queries and replace the product (if possible)at any time within 12 months after purchase.  We do not cover the cost any damage which may be caused by faulty items, we also will not cover any cost of replacement installation.

Otherwise it will be up to the manufacturer and their guarantee. Please note this only covers faulty items not items damaged in transit or use.
